This fruit cake ordered by my loyal customer, Aurelia, for her parents, Mellia and Richard, celebrating their 33rd wedding anniversary.

Aurelia ordered this cake only 2 days before 
Alhamdulillah it can be finished with good result.
I used 2 layers of Radin Cake’s original Steamed Cheese “Brownies” as the base of this le fruit cake.  As usual, the cake is filled with cube-cut cheese plus butter and shredded cheese between the layers then covered with delicious whipcream
