This cake was ordered by Dhita in US. She wanted to send the cake for her family in Jakarta, Indonesia, just before 2010 new year celebration. She asked for a 30 x 30 cm chocolate cake, covered with double chocolate ganache (she said that her family is chocolate lovers) and topped by generous shredded cheese. Hhhmmm… yummm…
